Living like a River

Sometimes this is easier said than done. Especially when you have had a very difficult past just forgetting about is so hard.

But it’s NOT impossible. Think of the RIVER is never flows in reverse it always flow ahead.

Leave the past in the past. Focus on your future and always be positive.
