It’s a beautiful day…

It is a beautiful day, the rain is falling and everything seems to grow brighter and more beautiful when the rain falls.

It’s been some time since I have blogged, just been taking some me time, to get things in my perspective and create a new routine. Think it’s important to change things up a bit now and then.

Often we find ourselves in the same routine day in and day out, it’s good to regroup and re-focus.
Something we all need to do sometimes.

We become so complacent in our ways and routines and we tend to forget to appreciate and enjoy the little things.

Taking time out to enjoy my morning walks and morning meditation and Reiki. It’s a good feeling. Making sure work time ends a certain time especially with working from home one can tend to mix work with home balance. So it’s been good for me to take a break, and re-focus.

Spend time reading, a new book which I am enjoying and will surely be sharing my thoughts on it once I have completed reading it. It’s a new perspective a new way of thinking, atleast for me that it. But will share my thoughts soon!!!

I have also given more focus to my Reiki, I am learning to play the Tibetan singing bowls, have not perfected it but it’s so amazing such a wonderful introduction to use as part of my Reiki for self, for now and will surely introduce it when doing Reiki for others once I feel I am ready to do so.

For a bit I felt like I was not moving when it came to practising Reiki, like there is just so much I want to do but I am unsure how to or what to do to do to get started, ever felt that way.

But I realise that everything happens in it’s own time and after all it’s not the destination that matters it’s the journey so why not enjoy the journey……

Sending love and light to all..
