Journalling

I love journalling it’s a great way to express your feelings and emotions, when you actually sit and take the time to write down what you feel and what you are going through to write out your deepest emotions, it helps, it’s helps you to make sense and also to realise things about yourself that you would never normally realise.

For me what always amazes me is when I read it back to myself a few months or years later and I realise how far I have come, in some instances and there are those I realise I have not moved at all.

But that is what it’s about to give yourself that place to express yourself openly freely and completely without feeling like you need to be a certain way or feel certain things, it’s your journal and it’s your feelings and expressions so you can go ahead and say and feel how you want to feel.

And there is no format or rules, it’s yours to say what you want to say, when you want to say it no filter.
It’s a great way to relieve yourself of what ever it is that is in your mind and heart. Express it, and you will find that you feel so much more lighter and so much more free.

It’s your journal, there is no judgement, there is no right or wrong there is just you and what you are feeling.
I write little prayers, prayers of thanks, prayers of hope, prayers of asking why questions, and it’s my way of communicating with the universe, my maker, god, or just myself.

I write my prayers and feelings and I let it go. That is it. It’s your place to express things that you find hard to express aloud.

Try it I think you will be plesantly surprised at how you feel after you have expressed you in writing.

Sending love and light to all
