The Realisation

With so much uncertainty that surrounds us all, what is to come with the covid-19, on realisation that I have is that life as we once knew it will never be the same.

Shaking someone’s hand which was normal or giving a hug to to those we love or those that needed it, this is all what we are now taught could be detrimental to yourself or the person you are giving it to.

But there are some good I feel that has come out of this. We appreciate the freedom we had so much more, going for a walk is something we appreciate so much more. Being out in nature, breathing in the fresh, looking at the beautiful trees, the ocean, the mountains. We have a new found realisation at how beautiful these all are and how blessed we are to be able to experience and enjoy these natural wonders.

I realise that even though you may not be able to give a hug, you can send that positive energy that you would during a hug. Even though we not meant to shake hands nothing stops you from sending that positive energy that would usually be given with touch.

It’s a new way of being of living, it will take some getting used to, it will take time to teach our children but it can be done.

This beautiful world we live in, we have taken it for granted that it will always be there for us, that we don’t have to don’t have to do anything to ensure that it’s there.

But this beautiful world needs each and every one of us to play our part to appreciate, to be grateful to realise that we are truly blessed to be surrounded by all the beauty we are surrounded by. We can send our grateful energy out into this world, the the realisation of just being thankful for all we are blessed with.

Today take a moment to give thanks for all you are blessed with, realise that even though you cannot do what you once did the way in which you once did it, you can still send that positive energy just in a different way.

Sending love and light to all
